Please allow up to two weeks processing time for commissions. All other products ship within one week.
Returns/refunds are not accepted for commissions since they are handmade to your specifications. All other refunds are withheld until your order are returned unused. Shipping costs for all returns are customer responsibility.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact me for resolution within 7 days of delivery.
Once your order is shipped, it can not be cancelled. You will receive tracking information via email and the postal service is fully responsible for deliveries, delays, and missing packages. Unfortunately, I can not be responsible for packages once the postal service receives your order. Please reach out to your local postal service with your tracking information for any losses and delays. Thank you for understanding.
